For clients with more specific requirements we can offer a complete made-to-measure, bespoke cellaring solution, either above or below ground, with racking designed to suit your needs and executed in cast stone or oak (other finishes are available). Underground cellars can usually be ventilated passively, as temperature is controlled by the earth surrounding the cellar keeping it at a constant temerature.
